If an item is in stock, we aim to ship your order the next business day, once we have received payment.

We cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen goods or delays in postage.

Australia Orders

• Delivery via Australia Post.
• We currently offer free standard shipping within Australia on orders over $50. 
• We also offer express postage for an additional fee of $7.95 on orders over $50. 
• For orders below $50, we offer standard shipping for $9.95, and express for $12.95

New Zealand Orders

• We offer standard free shipping to New Zealand on orders over $99
• For orders below $99, we offer standard shipping to New Zealand for $9.95.
• Delivery via Australia Post and their local delivery partners.

International Orders

• We offer free standard international shipping on orders over $99
• Below $99 our shipping rates are:
• United States & Canada for $14.95.
• United Kingdom & Ireland for $14.95.
• Rest of the world for $24.95.
• Delivery via Australia Post and their international local delivery partners
• All prices are in Australian dollars
• Prices and shipping costs DO NOT include any customs or import charges, relevant overseas duties (including import GST/VAT) that you may incur

Free Australian Returns on Full Price items

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us a full refund within 30 days.

We offer free returns on Australian orders on full price items.

Items labeled 'SALE' are excluded from free returns. These can be returned to the address listed below at your cost.

Simply email returns@iggy.com.au with your order number and which products you’d like to return.

Once we receive your email we will send you a prepaid satchel to return the product/s back to us.

Items must be returned us in their original condition with all original tags/packaging still attached.

After we receive the products we will issue you a full refund.

 

Easy International Returns

Returning an International order to us is easy.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund (excluding any delivery costs) within 30 days.
